You’ve worked hard to get the perfect domain name or you really want to make sure the name you want is available? We will manage it with care. And if you need to manage more than one… or even a hundred, don’t worry: we will keep everything under control in the most professional way.
At Rackio, we manage your domain name(s) personally. It’s not a machine (although, we use a management console to make sure we don’t forget) but a human being who handles registration, renewal or transfer. This means your domain will never get lost in LALA land while you need it to be transferred somewhere else.
So, if you partner with us for hosting, we’ll assist you in transferring your domain(s) to our systems, and then we’ll make sure you are informed properly when you need to renew them (not only by email, but with phone calls… yes, we do use phones).
What’s even better? It won’t cost you huge amounts of money to manage a whole bunch of domains properly. This is just another way Rackio takes care of its customers in a special way.
